and flexibility, resistance training (also called weight
training or strength training), and Yoga and Pilates
combination postures specially for older clients. For regular
course 40 hours of practical and theory is there.
Minimum Suggested Prerequisites:

high school diploma or equivalent.
·Personal
Trainer Certification is recommended.
·CPR is required for
