  Dish of the Day

BEANS & CORN SALAD

INGREDIENTS
French beans 1 cup (diagonally cut)
Potato 1 large
Baby corn 4-5 small
Carrots 2 medium sized
Lettuce / Cabbage leaves a few (chopped)
For dressing
Vineger 1 tbsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

METHOD
1. Wash the vegetable thoroughly.
2. Cut long diagonal pieces of the fresh beans and julliens of carrot.
3. Boil.peel and dice the potatoes.
4. Boil corn till tender.
5. Mix beans, carrots, potatoes and corn in a bowl.
6. Separately mix vinegar, mustard powder, salt and sugar and to the vegetable bowl.
7. Ganish with cabbage/ lettuce leaves.
